Your service
Sworn translation of your uploaded files into the selected language, prepared and certified by a translator appointed by Spain’s MAEC. Digital PDF delivery is included. Add a paper copy at checkout: €12 to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, €28 to Europe, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and €50 to other available destinations. Taxes included, per shipment. Estimated transit after digital delivery: 1–2, 5–10 or 10–20 business days respectively. Check the required format with the receiving authority. Apostilles and other formalities are not included.
Price and payment
Your quote shows the final tax-inclusive amount based on your documents and the stated tariff. We do not add charges after payment. Files that cannot be reliably priced require review before payment. Stripe processes your payment; Translatere does not store your card details. Your confirmation includes a TRE reference. Reply to the email with your billing details to request your invoice.
Delivery times
Standard: 2 business days. Urgent: 1 business day. Time starts when payment is confirmed; your order shows the expected delivery date. Weekends, public holidays and service-calendar closures are excluded. In a hurry? Ask us whether earlier delivery is possible. A different deadline applies only after we confirm it.
Withdrawal and cancellation
You may withdraw within 14 calendar days. If you request an immediate start, a proportional charge may apply for work performed. Once the service is complete, withdrawal rights end if you expressly agreed to the start and acknowledged this consequence. Email your name, reference and order date to info@translatere.com.
Help and complaints
If you find an error, email your reference and we will review it. If we cannot perform the agreed service, we will refund the corresponding amount. Send enquiries or complaints to info@translatere.com. Mandatory consumer rights and legally applicable court jurisdiction remain unaffected.

Same documents, languages, turnaround and delivery format. We compare the total including taxes. Send a valid written quote before ordering; we’ll check that it is equivalent and confirm a lower price in writing before payment. The reduction is not automatic and does not apply to existing orders.
