Checkout and shipping details
If you choose a paper copy, we use your address and phone number to arrange delivery and share them with the carrier handling it. Your browser temporarily keeps form details in this tab so they can be restored when you return from payment or change language; they are removed when you close the tab.
Controller and purposes
DMTS DIGITAL, S.L. processes your data to prepare quotes, fulfil orders, answer enquiries and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on your pre-contractual request, the contract and applicable obligations. We do not use your documents to train our own AI models.
Documents and providers
Microsoft Azure privately stores documents and analyses page and word counts. Stripe handles payments and Resend sends notifications. Professionals working on your translation access the necessary files. The chat uses the AI provider described below: avoid unnecessary personal data. WhatsApp is an external service with its own terms.
Access and retention
Unpaid enquiry links expire after seven days; quotes expire after 24 hours. Private original-file download links sent to the team expire seven days after payment. Link expiry does not automatically delete files. Data is retained to provide the service and address obligations or claims; you may request erasure where applicable.
Your rights
Request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability at info@translatere.com. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
We use functional language cookies (one year) and quote-session cookies (seven days). We do not include advertising or third-party analytics.
Chat IA
When enabled, the assistant uses the OpenAI API to answer your enquiry and help you prepare a request. Recent messages and basic form context are transmitted; files are not attached. The application does not save chat history in a database and requests store:false from the provider. This does not exclude the provider’s technical or security logs. The chat does not enter into contracts or confirm payments. Contact info@translatere.com with questions about your data.
