Sworn translations prepared and certified by sworn translators appointed by Spain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation (MAEC).
Before you upload
An acte de naissance may be a copie intégrale, an extrait avec filiation or an extrait sans filiation. These versions contain different information. Check which version the receiving authority requests before sending your document.
Include marginal entries and every page forming part of the certificate. If you have a multilingual form, ask the receiving authority whether translation is still required in your case before paying for it.
Answers for your application
Should marginal entries also be translated?
Marginal entries may contain information relevant to your application. Send the complete certificate so the translation scope can be determined, without cropping those entries.
Can I send a photo for translation?
Yes, a complete, readable photo can be used to assess the translation. It does not replace the original or official copy the receiving authority may require for your application.
How much does it cost and when will it be ready?
€25 per billable page · 2 business days. €35 · 24 business hours. Taxes included. Each page allows up to 400 words; the total is confirmed from the complete document.
Does the translation guarantee my application will be accepted?
A sworn translation certifies the accuracy of the translation. The receiving authority decides on your application, document age, apostille and format requirements. Tell us where you will submit it and we’ll help you prepare your enquiry.
Online ordering is being prepared. Meanwhile, we can review your enquiry on WhatsApp or by email.
