FBI background check: sworn Spanish translation
Prepare your Identity History Summary for your next step in Spain. We’ll help you with your paperwork, step by step.
Sworn translations prepared and certified by sworn translators appointed by Spain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation (MAEC).
Before you upload
An FBI Identity History Summary is different from a state or local police record. Check which document the Spanish authority or consulate requests before ordering a translation. We can help you identify the file to translate.
Send every page of the report and the apostille if it forms part of your application. If the PDF contains embedded attachments, preserve the complete file and let us know so its contents can be reviewed before the price is confirmed.
Answers for your application
Are the FBI report and the apostille the same document?
No. They are separate documents. Check with the receiving authority whether you need an apostille and which parts must be translated. The price must cover all documents included in the assignment.
Can I send a photo for translation?
Yes, a complete, readable photo can be used to assess the translation. It does not replace the original or official copy the receiving authority may require for your application.
How much does it cost and when will it be ready?
€25 per billable page · 2 business days. €35 · 24 business hours. Taxes included. Each page allows up to 400 words; the total is confirmed from the complete document.
Does the translation guarantee my application will be accepted?
A sworn translation certifies the accuracy of the translation. The receiving authority decides on your application, document age, apostille and format requirements. Tell us where you will submit it and we’ll help you prepare your enquiry.
Online ordering is being prepared. Meanwhile, we can review your enquiry on WhatsApp or by email.
